Passion fruit dessert with fruit pulp

• A cup of cream

• A cup of condensed milk

• A cup of liquid milk

• 4 tablespoons of powdered milk

•4 sachets of unflavored gelatin

• 2 sachet of 100gr with Naturalia Passion Fruit Pulp, that is 200 grams of pulp.

6 tablespoons of sugar

• Half a glass of water


Step 1

Place the two sachets of Natural Passion Fruit Pulp on a low heat with the 6 spoonfuls of sugar for 5 minutes, this makes it possible to syrup our pulp. Let it cool down.

Step 2

In a pot with half a glass of water, add the 4 sachets of unflavored gelatin. On a low heat, stir gently until a homogeneous mixture is obtained; do not leave any lumps so that the dessert mixture is not affected.

Step 3

We add to the blender all the milks, that is, the cup of cream, the cup of condensed milk, the cup of liquid milk and the spoonfuls of powdered milk, together with the diluted unflavored gelatin. Blend for 60 seconds.

Step 4

After having all our mixture in the blender, you are going to add what we did in step 1 which was the Passion Fruit Pulp in syrup very carefully, if you want you can leave 5 spoonfuls of the mixture of the first step so that when your dessert has an adequate texture you can spread them over it.

Step 5

Finally, we are going to put all our mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours, so that we can obtain an adequate texture.
